This release introduces several enhancements to the Compare experience, making it easier to find profiles, navigate comparison workflows, and complete alignments with confidence. We've also expanded Feedback review capabilities and improved Curriculum Surveys to provide additional context during the evaluation process.
Enhanced Compare Experience
We've made several improvements to the Compare workflow to create a more streamlined and intuitive experience from start to finish.
Finding the right profiles is now faster and more flexible. Users can search for profiles, folders, and organizations directly within the Compare flow, making it easier to locate the content they need. We've also introduced new sorting options and improved how folders and profiles are organized, creating a cleaner and more consistent browsing experience.
Smarter Feedback Review
We've introduced several new tools to make reviewing feedback more efficient and insightful. A new High Variance View helps users quickly identify skills with the greatest differences in reviewer feedback, while new sorting options provide more flexibility in how feedback results are organized and displayed.
We've also added indicators that identify when a skill is associated with a Target Job, providing additional context as users evaluate feedback.
Expanded Curriculum Surveys
Curriculum Profile Surveys now allow reviewers to evaluate all Target Jobs associated with a Curriculum Profile, providing a more complete view of how curriculum aligns with workforce needs.
