Updated Proficiency Scale Labels for Feedback Sessions
This release updates the language used in proficiency-based feedback to better reflect how skill levels are commonly interpreted in practice.
We’ve updated the proficiency scale labels used in feedback sessions to make expectations clearer and more intuitive for reviewers.
The previous proficiency levels were replaced with the following labels:
- No Proficiency Needed
- Basic
- Intermediate
- Advanced
This change is intended to better reflect how skills are evaluated in real-world contexts and to reduce ambiguity when reviewers are assessing proficiency levels.
The update applies anywhere proficiency-based feedback is collected.
Additional backend updates were released alongside this update to improve overall platform performance.
