We’ve made it easier than ever to understand how your curriculum connects to real jobs. Clearer insights, improved Curriculum-to-Occupation comparisons, and streamlined reports now reveal how well your programs match employer needs—and where gaps may still exist.

Profile Page Updates: Target Jobs & Occupation Insights

You can now analyze the skill alignment between what you are teaching and the real jobs your students are targeting all from right within your profile.

New Target Jobs Tab: Credential and curriculum profiles now include a Target Jobs tab featuring:

  • A Target Job module showing percent match, missing skills, and a direct link to a compare report
  • A Related Jobs module highlighting similar occupation profiles
  • A redesigned layout that makes occupational alignment easier to understand at a glance

Top Target Occupations in Insights: The Insights tab now displays the selected top five target jobs for each profile, making it easy for all viewers to see the jobs you are targeting with your curriculum.

Compare Updates: Improved Analysis & Report Tools

The Curriculum-to-Occupation comparison flow has been updated with clearer insights and more flexible actions.

New “Generate” Dropdown Button: Compare reports now include a Generate dropdown with quick access to:

  • Career Pathway Map
  • Interview Assistant

Refined Report Experience: We’ve streamlined key parts of the compare report to improve clarity:

  • A simplified gap analysis graph
  • Updated summary and next-steps guidance
  • Matching improvements applied to the print view

New Skill Gap Analysis Module: Curriculum-to-Occupation reports now include an Analyze the Skill Gap section that breaks down the types of skills missing from the curriculum, helping users understand where gaps remain and how to address them.

Local Time Display: Report timestamps now automatically adjust to the user’s local timezone.
